What we collect

• Account details, your email address and name when you create an account or subscribe to Pro.
• Billing, payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your full card numbers.
• Support messages, anything you send us by email.
• Website analytics, usage data via Google Analytics 4.
• Email opt-ins, the address you give us through the free-download form.

How we use it

• To provide and operate the service.
• To process payments through our payment processor.
• To send transactional emails and the emails you requested.
• To provide support and answer your questions.

Your data on your own server

Orders, customers and leads captured by the plugin live in your own WordPress database, not ours. We do not access, store, or sell that data. It stays with you, even if you cancel.

Sharing

We share limited data only with the providers that make the service work: PayPal (payment processing), Google (analytics), and our email delivery providers. We never sell personal data.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for sign-in sessions and for Google Analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may stop working.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, just email [email protected].

Data retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. We delete or anonymise data we no longer need.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where that happens, we rely on those providers’ safeguards for international transfers.

Children

MLC is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
