By downloading the plugin, creating an account, or subscribing to Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

YourMLC is a WordPress plugin with a free tier and a paid Pro subscription, plus optional cloud features. It builds standard WhatsApp wa.me links and runs on your own WordPress site.

Accounts & licenses

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. A Pro licence is granted to you for use on the sites permitted by your plan.

Free plugin vs Pro subscription

The free plugin from WordPress.org is free to use, forever, for one product. Pro is a paid subscription that lifts the caps and unlocks the advanced features described on our pricing page.

Billing & renewal

Pro is $29.99/mo or $299.99/yr. Your subscription auto-renews at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from My Account. Promotional codes such as GET10OFF and GET100OFF may apply to reduce the price.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful activity, no spam, no infringing content, no attempts to break or abuse the platform, and no use that violates WhatsApp’s or any third party’s terms.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the MLC software, brand, and website. Your use of Pro does not transfer ownership; it grants you a limited licence to use the software under these terms.

Third-party services

The plugin builds standard wa.me links. WhatsApp and Meta are not affiliated with, and do not endorse, MLC. Payments are processed by PayPal and are subject to PayPal’s own terms.

Trademarks

WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation. Shopify, WATI, Zoko, Gallabox, OneClick and Staggs are trademarks of their respective owners. MLC is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them; all comparisons are for informational purposes and were accurate as of the dates noted on the comparison pages.

Disclaimers & “as is” warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel Pro at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which YourMLC.com operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
